Does CoolSculpting Work?

coolsculpting

I’ve suffered with my body for the past decade. Weight issues, stretch marks have made it hard to look in the mirror at times.

Diets, cosmetic surgery – you name it, I’ve tried it.

While doing some research for this article I spoke to Hazel from coolsculpting Singapore, who has been treating patients successfully for the last 4 years, here’s what she had to say:

Cool Sculpting is an FDA approved fat-freezing procedure (non-surgical) for reducing body-fat which applies controlled cooling to eliminate stubborn fat

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It suctions the skin and fat using rounded paddles in one of four sizes. One sits in a reclined chair for close to 2 hours where set cooling panels crystallize fat cells. The experience is suction and cooling sensation which ultimately goes numb.

WHO IS IT FOR?

It is designed for individuals seeking for mild improvements as opposed to instant major fat removal processes such as liposuction. Prior to beginning the process, aspects such as age, quality of skin thickness/pinch-ability of tissue are considered to guarantee the best results.

WHAT ARE THE RESULTS?

Although results vary with the individual, the expected end result is normally a 25 % fat reduction on the particular spot- which means reduced bulging on the spot and an improved waistline. However, best results are only achievable after few treatments.

Why Do I Always Get So Embarrassed?

getting-embarassed

Getting embarrassed is a big problem for me. It’s been happening since I was a kid who almost hid under my desk when I was put on the spot and had to speak in-front of the class.

It’s carried on into my adult years…….yep unfortunately I still feel embarrassed in many situations and there is nothing I can do about it, or is there…..

What Is Embarrassment?

The embarrassment is an inner state which corresponds to a situation where it is difficult to react in public in conformity to your emotions.

It is also a sign of trouble and it’s associated with discomfort and a moment of confusion, leaving many people asking is erythrophobia permanent?

Every person that is getting embarrassed in a situation feels that it’s almost impossible to express all the feelings of the moment. It follows a period of real or apparent confusion while you try internally to unravel the issue and find a solution.

Getting embarrassed is not necessarily a bad thing. If you want to know how to survive a moment like this, the first rule is “Leave it and laugh.”

The first thing you must do if you are embarrassed in front of others is to laugh.

Laughing is disarming your embarrassment and is removing stress. In addition, you should talk about things are making you getting embarrassed and then refocus your attention.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this in the comment section below. Do you get embarrassed yourself? How do you overcome that embarrassment?
